Coiling Dragon Cliff Skywalk, The Terrifying Glass Bridge

This Coiling Dragon Cliff Skywalk is the third see-through skywalk built on Tianmen Mountain in Zhangjiajie National Park, located in the Hunan province in China. Its name means "Dragon's Spiral" and refers to the famous 99 hairpin bends that you have to travel to reach the top.

The walkway is 110 yards long, and only about 1.5 yards wide! The skywalk is suspended almost 1 mile above ground – a real nightmare for anyone who is afraid of heights!

The bridge was originally made of wood and was then reconstructed with glass in order to attract more people, and it has proven successful as it has become a very popular attraction among more adventurous tourists interested in seeing the spectacular panoramic views from above.
